Over the past 25 years, Alain Lamarre has held upper management positions and worked in communications and marketing in various spheres of the public and private sectors.
In the years he spent working for ad agencies with international reach, Mr. Lamarre demonstrated his ability to manage special projects for large clients, such as Health Canada, Canada Post, Molson and RONA. Over time, Mr. Lamarre sharpened his expertise in strategic partnership management and event marketing and advertising.
His background conducting major funding research and applying said funds is a testament to his ability to make a real difference and play a key role in the success of projects like the Amphithéâtre COGECO in Trois-Rivières and the Canada Summer Games in Sherbrooke.
Mr. Lamarre is known for his flexibility and his analytical, strategic approach. Our clients appreciate his leadership and thoroughness. He has studied arts and literature, marketing and business management.
Bineta Gueye M.P.A.

Bineta Gueye has a strong background in strategic communications and a natural ability to define, analyze and diagnose an organization’s communications issues. Her background has enabled her to develop an expertise and integrated vision for public relations, media, social marketing and change management for organizations. Ms. Gueye is a specialist in designing and implementing social campaigns. She is a master of the art of coordinating written, spoken and behavioural communications.
She is innovative and committed. She is a member of the Société québécoise des professionnels en relations publiques and the Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montréal. She also founded and acted as President of the Association des Sénégalais de Trois-Rivières, then as administrator for the Maison l’Entr’Amis. She was also a member of the Regroupement des Femmes de la Mauricie. She holds a B.A. in Social Communication from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and an M.A. in Public Administration from the École nationale de l’administration publique.email

Mr. Cloutier has vast experience in strategic creativity, partnership management and personnel management in the realms of media, advertising and customer service. He is an avant-guard, resourceful professional who heads large-scale projects and is known for his strong interpersonal relationships.
He is the former VP of Télémédia’s FM Rock Détente. At Publicis and BCP, Mr. Cloutier worked on brand communication with major players such as Rona, Canada Post, Astral Media, E1 Entertainment, Coke, Tourisme Québec in the U.S., Health Canada, Emploi Québec, NAPA, Gaz Métropolitain, P&G, L’Oréal and Cirque du Soleil in Canada. At Loto-Québec, he was Director of Customer Service for the Société des salons de jeux.
His in-depth expertise in strategic partnership development will create added value as you launch your brand or experiential marketing campaign. François Bordeleau is a seasoned, creative manager with more than 20 years’ experience seeing projects through from start to finish. He is action-oriented and has proven highly successful in his work with complex organizations, particularly in the areas of sports and entertainment. Over the course of his career, François has been a director for the Grand Prix Trois-Rivières, Radio Énergie, Rythme FM, the MasterCard Memorial Cup and the Festival d’été de Shawinigan, making significant improvements and securing financial growth. Other businesses that have benefitted from his expertise include NASCAR Canada, Hydro-Québec, Radio Nord, Attraction Radio, and Ocean Television.
Where some see problems, François sees challenges and opportunities. He is always looking for ways to improve productivity and works tirelessly to implement efficient business solutions to operational issues. He specializes in project management, business turnaround and marketing and partnership strategies.
